Returns 

AkrobatUAE refunds and returns policy is in place to ensure our customers continue to receive the best possible experience.


You can return your purchase as long as it is unused and in pristine condition and fit for resale. Returns are to be sent back at your own cost to our returns address. Returns will be refunded at full price less initial shipping costs. If damage is detected or parts are missing upon return, no refund will be issued.


Refunds are available for three days from delivery date and exclude original order delivery and shipping costs.


Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the goods have been received back to us and processed. The method of refund will be the same method that payment was originally received.
